1. Warranty

Products carry the warranty shown on their listing, with at least twelve months against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, incompatible installation, and unauthorised modifications are excluded.

2. Ergonomic claims disclaimer

SutraTech accessories support workspace adjustment and comfort habits. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose or treat health conditions, and cannot guarantee the prevention of pain or injury. Seek qualified professional advice for persistent, worsening, or concerning symptoms.

3. Returns

Eligible return requests must be raised within seven days of delivery. Products should be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging. Approved refunds follow inspection and are issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions.

4. Exchanges

Size, compatibility, or preference exchanges depend on stock and product condition. Customers should confirm measurements before ordering monitor mounts and desk accessories. Shipping charges may apply to non-defect exchanges where permitted.

5. Delivery

We serve eligible Indian PIN codes through independent carriers. Estimates may change because of weather, holidays, remote-area routing, or operational disruption. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

6. Support

Email care@sutratech.pro with the product, order reference, and issue description. Include safe, clear photographs for defect or compatibility questions. Support operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.

7. Final terms

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. These terms follow applicable Indian law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Future revisions apply from their published effective date.
